Guys I'm tired, and unmotivated to do literally anything. Does anyone have any tips to get out of these kind of slumps? Its gotten worse and worse over the past couple weeks. Looking for a friend here...

Here's what my advice from my experiences with stuff like that.
Stop doing rp, at least for a little bit. It doesn't matter, you're more important than fictional bits of your imagination. Take a break to spend some time with your family. You don't need to be on screens as much as you might think you do. They can all handle without you, trust them to do that.
To get motivated, read more, go outside more, get some exercise done (not necessarily if you need it, but so that you can feel that adrenaline and get your mind moving as you're doing healthy things), eat things that you feel better about eating than some other things. Taking a shower can also help you feel better, as can taking a nap. You can also talk to people about it. Sure, doing it online works, but talking to people face to face is soooo muuuuuch better, trust me on that.
You can also try writing more, but that generally takes a bit to be motivated to do (*sighs in me still trying to work that out for myself*).
One last thing...
Eat some pumpkin pie

(I know this status is a few days old, but here’s my advice:) Give yourself a schedule. Include when you wake up, how long your meal times will be, and section off time slots for things like exercise, chores, reading time, self care, and service. Limit your screen time, and make sure you go to bed on time! And, talk to people irl. Allow yourself to have relaxation time as long as you also get work done.
Or, if you want a more extreme option, take an ice bath every morning. Siting in ice water for 1-4 minutes is shown to release a chemical in your brain that basically says, “HELP IM DUING WE GOTTA KEEP THIS PERSON ALIVE!!!” And it speeds up healing and regeneration and lots of other cool stuff. It also gives you a dopamine rush similar to doing drugs, but without the negative side effects.
