    Her eyes darkened and her head lowered. Her hands turned to fists on her lap, and her nails dug into her palm.

    Cossie sat on the couch crying quietly, and in hushed tones Komat tried to comfort her.

    "You can go first, Yora." The younger girl nodded and asked Komat to help her with the shower. He turned it on and left before she undressed.

    Yora nodded and started to move for it, and Cossie said, "We should probably shower first." Yora paused, and she looked up at Taylor.

    Komat instructed the girls to keep their heads down so they wouldn't be recognized. They complied.

    He quietly said something to Cossie, and she nodded. He smiled and paused for a moment, turning to Taylor. "We might want to get disguises for these two. Makeup or masks or something. They'll be recognizable."

    Komat said, "It doesn't matter if the police are all on our side- no offense. But if we don't get at least some of the people on our side, this insurrection won't go anywhere. Most of them know him as a bit of a tyrant, but their lives aren't affected so they don't do anything. We need to rally some of them to our side."

    Cossie took a deep breath and explained everything. The kidnapping. The brainwashing and manipulation. The repeated act of abuse itself, which they had been manipulated into wanting. Yora interjected with agreements and saying that the king had hurt them with what he did. As they spoke tears gathered in both of their eyes. Eventually Cossie cut herself off and couldn't speak anymore.
