If you like Hoid then you will probably also like Vasher and Vivenna from Warbreaker who both showed up in Stormlight like Hoid did. I like trying to figure out who all of the world hoppers are and what they are doing. Based on the books you listed I would say that Warbreaker is your next book, but if you want to keep diving into the cosmere then you need to find the short stories and graphic novels that he has worked on also. Once you have read the basic cosmere books diving into the wiki is a lot of fun. Good luck, and enjoy! 

Shardblade replicas are inevitable at Ren Faires right? I would be down for a good Stormlight inspired chess set. I think they should be selling spheres, which would probably just be marbles, and coins from mistborn.

I would have gone for a Spren name. Either Syl or Pattern (could call him Pat). Tien is a good choice though. I hope you are in puppy love! 

Everyone told me that Mistborn was the greatest magic system ever written. It delivered on that for me. Very nuanced and well thought out. But to be honest I found the story and characters much less compelling than Stormlight. Since I am more of a character and story kind of guy, Stormlight has to take the prize for me. Probably the best high fantasy work out there right now. Let's hope it does not fall off in quality like other mega series have tended to. 

Sanderson is undoubtedly the king of High Fantasy right now. He writes quickly without loosing nuanced character development or detailed world building. His world building ability is the best out there right now. I find him brilliant in his world building, nuanced in his character development, and clever in his dialogue. That being said, I think Rothfus does write in a more poetic way that I find intoxicating, but he just can not hold a candle to Sanderson in pure talent and effort. In future generations they will teach classes on storytelling and world building revolving around Sanderson's cosmere. Is he a perfect writer? No.  Is he overrated though? No way.

Hi new friends! I started reading Sanderson a few years ago and have been slowly working my way through the cosmere books. I started with Stormlight and then did Mistborn, Elantris, and Warbreaker in that order. Once I learned about the cosmere I realized I had read everything in a backwards sort of order, so I have been re reading the books and trying to catch all the cosmere elements this time. It is very exciting to me to dive into such a well formed high fantasy universe like what Sanderson has created here! He writes in a way that puts the world building front and center as the true star of the work, but also manages to not sacrifice the quality of the individual storytelling and character development. I find him brilliant. I am thrilled to be a part of this community, and look forward to interacting with everyone as we discuss the nuanced details of the cosmere and theorize about what might come next!

Hi, also new here. It seems to me like Cough does raise a good point. Even if Nale is not the criminal that Azure is after, someone had to get the blade to him. So how did that happen? Did Vasher give it to him before splitting up to avoid Azure, or was Nightblood stolen by someone and then somehow made his way to Nale? There are a lot of unknowns here that make it impossible for us to say who exactly the criminal is that Azure is hunting. Although the WoB that said that she was looking for Vasher does heavily indicate that it is Vasher, it does not necessarily pin him down as the criminal. I am loving the mystery of all of this. It is what makes me love Sanderson's work so much.
