Feel free to fix these things when you come across them... that's what a wiki is for.
I think Weiry just went and fixed it tho so thanks for pointing it out

I honestly thought a wiki was for glorifying yourself

I've had the Traitor Spy Trilogy by Trudi Canavan chilling on my bookcase for ages. Finally started reading it this weekend! Not sure if it was to avoid Uni work or if I actually enjoyed it that much, but I finished it in a day.
Now on the second book, The Rogue.

So I shouldn't post my thread about how utterly dreamy Kelsier and Spook are?
Since when does anyone tell you what not to do?

non-PG13 version
I have a shitberry
Blackberry. It's awwwwful, but my contract only expires in a few months. I used to use bbm and whatsapp loads, but these days I just prefer talking to people face to face *shrugs* Otherwise it's quite good - especially if you're into being social.

I agree with the others! There should be absolutely no reason why you couldn't enjoy the books with people no matter their gender.
Of course, unless your aim is to have crushes on people like Kelsier and swoon over them all day >.> I can imagine guys getting bored by that
And some women too actually.0 -
Oh! Pick me! I'll have a go at the Seattle one!

So unfair that you guys live all the way in America! *pouts*
Sounds like you'll have a grand time though! Make sure to find yourselves a camera man too!

I personally feel that articles about magic and other things of that sort are acceptable for present tense, however. We have not formally determined our style guide yet, though.
Yeah, in my mind it made sense that people that haven't died and systems that were never destroyed should be in teh present tense.

Is this series worth giving a go? I personally loved the Night Angel trilogy, and if it doesn't live up to that I think I'll be disappointed.

I have more questions! Starting a new thread seemed sorta pointless. So, I was wondering if there's a list or something where people specified what articles they're researching/ writing. Cause atm I am just snapping up random pages in the stubs/ redlinks and working on them, but I'd feel bad if I were to jump into a major one and put in work if someone else was doing so already. Waste of resources and such.
Or can I just continue the random editing?
Also I was wondering if there's a specific format you guys are wanting to use for characters, houses etc cause so far I haven't really considered it much, and when I looked at other pages to see if I could just copy a pattern from there I couldn't really figure something out.
So far I've just done a few seperations, but of course they're just at random and I'm more than willing to change them to whatever you guys would like >.>
For example Kliss and House Tekiel

My thoughts: Remember that TLR is rather racist. Actually, now that I think about it, he is probably a Terris (specifically Feruchemist) supremacist, with a very firm belief in a "strong rule over the weak" ideology, rather than being racist against a specific people (though, he does seem to hate the Khlenni a lot.) Thus, in his view, beings who are "superior" (noblemen, in this case) shouldn't fraternize with "weaker" beings (Skaa). As he is their god, he decided that everyone should follow his rules, ergo, the banning of Skaa-noblemen relationships.
My 2 clips.

Edit: Ninjas!!!!
I'm not sure that would be his reasonaing behind it, but it would suit his personality

I think that the Skaa/noble segregation was also intended to keep Allomancy from becoming too diluted, since he wanted to keep the Mistborn around.
Yes, but in so doing it would keep them to a minimum, would it not? Seeing as the fertility of the nobles is limited and as such they will have less kids and there will be few Allomancers. Something often noted in the books. And then that would say that the Lord Ruler wasn't giving due consideration to his own prophecies ("The Hero of the Ages will lead an army of Allomancers"), of course one can argue that he believed that he had already killed the Hero, but that would be counteracted by his consideration of Ruins possible escape and the genocide of the Resolution in the kandra.
