    Aaaaw. Welp. There goes my ship. Sunk like the Titanic. Oh well. Guess I'll just look at their relationship as grandfather-grandaughter kind of relationship (or father and daughter?). Kinda like Roial and Sarene without the marriage.

    Um, I actually liked SAO so much that I got impatient waiting for Season 2 that I read the LN. I think, the last I got was until the start of the Underworld Arc? I think the rranslators stop translating? Which is a shame sine I also liked Accel World. The thing is though, unless I really, really, /really/ love the story, I generally don't watch the anime of a manga that I've already read.Also. Maybe unrelated, but for some reason I saw a picture of Mikasa (Snk) today and went "Hey, she looks like Vin!" There's similarities, I think. Good fighter, short black hair. IDK, I might be streching.

    I like Steris/Wax. But I don't want it to be a romantic relationship. I really like the way they are right now. Partners with a healthy respect for each other. I guess, I just got tired of the /oh-my-god-I'm-having-an-arranged-marriage-I-hate-my-life-and-my-wife/husband-and-will-act-like-a-brat-because-of-it/ trope. I really like this take on marriage of convenience. As for the others. I get why people would ship Wayne/MeLaan, I just haven't jumped aboard yet. Can we ship Aradel and Marasi? I've forgotten whether he has a wife or not. Or what his age is.

    I agree with Scott. I liked the first part of SAO, but the moment Asuna and Kiroto ended up together, it just, IDK, the romance grated in me. Though, honestly, I think that has something to do with the way they presented the anime. I didn't have that problem with the light novel and the manga of SAO. From the way the manga/LN started, I knew at once that it was going to be romantic-y. Even with all the action stuff, it was easy to see that. The anime, meanwhile, started out as action, then suddenly shifted to romance. The transition of the genre was jarring. Honestly, I was one of those who waited weekly for the new episodes of SAO and, from what I remember, before the whole AsunaxKirito thing a lot of people love SAO. Or at least, a lot more then there are right now. They should have just started with romance, and ended with romance. Make no mistake though. I like SAO. I mean, games where I can enter? Storm yeah, sign me up! And I have never felt such happiness from a character dying (virtually). I mean, when Kirito stabbed that Fairy King, my friends and I swear I screamed with glee.

    Just finished The Song of Achilles. It was okay. Amd fast. I think I read it in just three hours? I like it. Not fond of Achilles, he was a /meh/ character for me, but I do love Briseis and cried like a baby when she died. Phyrrus is just creepy, and I pity Achilles' wife, the princess of Sycros. The story made me remember just how messed up life was in ancient Greece. Or at least, it was for the women. Not recommended for adventure/action lovers. It's a pure romance between Achilles and Patroclus (they were "bestfriends" in the myths) and the story sometimes draaaaaags on. But the descriptions are gorgeous and I love those.

    I'm sorry. I can't offer you any advice considering I'm going through roughly the same thing (good luck explaining to my religious parents what agnostism means), but I do know that it sucks so bad and I hope you find a way to solve it without falling out with your mother. Religion, faith, and belief is a personal thing, it can never be forced on anyone.

    Its fine, I guess, it only lasted a few minutes. It felt like I was drowning, like no matter how much I breathe it still isn't enough. I also felt like puking... The thing is, there is a huge chance I'll fail this subject. Again. And I 'm just so storming tired of failing and repeating my classes.

    Yup. You're stormed. It's college and teachers generally don't have any pity. And I might or might not had a mini-panic attack while taking the test. IDK. I've never had one before so IDK if what I felt is that.

    Not really a rant just... It's finals week, I haven't sleep in 24 hours, my blood is made out of 50% softdrinks and 25% coffee at this point and I have a major exam in ten minutes. I just. I really, really want to sleep.please let me sleep.

    Exactly what the title states. If, let's just say, you are given the ability to choose what kind of misting you would be, what would you choose? And why? I'd love to be a Mistborn, but that would be cheating. So, I guess, I'd love to be a Leecher. Strip all my enemy of their Allomantic Powers and then it's all down to skills. Of course, that just means that I would need to practice fighting, but I'd take it. Actually, that raises a question. Wonder how well Allomancers would hold out on a fight without any of their metals. My second choice would be a Nicroburst. Edit:Why isn't the poll appearing?? HELP

    Just finished The Hollow Boy by Jonathan Stroud. No. I am most definately NOT okay. Started to read Kingkiller Chronicles. I was still in chapter one before I remember that I have exams this week and have to stop reading too much. Oh well, next time then. Also tried reading a few chapters of The Song of Achilles before I lost the drive to read. I also got Magnus Chase. Not sure if I should read it.
