  1. My understanding of the link between the Delver Maze and the Detritus Tunnels was that it was just the illusion that made them look like that to Spensa. Do we have any source for other people in the maze seeing the same writing as was on Detritus?

  2. I say yes, you can use tooth fillings as metalminds. I am not sure having them just touch your teeth is enough, teeth are semi-not alive to me, like hair or nails (as we know you can cut hair with a shardblade, so it is not alive alive realmatically speaking), then again I would also accept the argument that teeth are more alive than hair...

I say yes, it is enough for the metal to touch your teeth. Would actually be an interesting way to hide that you are a feruchemist...

    Metalmind nails. Rawr

  3. I do remember something like that...maybe it was just a misconception of the TFE world. About the Harmony getting a burst of power if harmony was disrupted, that theory is plausible, but why it would translate into speed bubbles I have no idea. I think it is more that Harmony is able to act than that he gets more powerful.

  4.  Not all crews went on all runs, maybe about 10, and I doubt that Sadeas would have gotten half of them. Maybe a third, but even that seems unrealistic. So that's 525,000x(2/3)/4 = 87500 bridgemen losses for Sadeas. Also, Sadeas was one of the more callous highprinces sin terms of bridgemen lives. It goes to both extremes. Sadeas, with huge losses in bridges, and Sebarial and Dalinar, with little to no losses.

And sniped by King of Nowhere. Considering both of our points, losses are nowhere near 5,000,000. Math corrected!

  5. A bit of a "You shall not pass!". There was once a Chinese general with a reputation for trickery. With only 100 men, he had to defend a town against 150,000 people. Knowing of his reputation, he opened the gates and sat on top of the walls playing a lute. The attacking commander, certain it was a trap, retreated.

Note: Many details of this could be exaggerated or fabricated. Not sure if it's a true story or was in a book, but something similar probably happened once upon a time. Pretty cool story though.

  6.

Now, a tricky one, allomantic gold might actually be useful for psychologists - from the books, it seems gold highlights the most important decisions in one's life, thus if there are serious problems with a person, it might highlight alternative pathways which may allow for some insightful deductions.

Do you mean Malatium? Gold is only for yourself. YOu wouldn't be able to see your patients' shadows.

  7. SAY NO TO THE COOKIE!!! Seriously tim, I cannot stress my point enough here. Once you take a cookie... *shudder* Things are just never the same. The voices... Oh shades and silver the VOICES!

  8.

    Warbreaker Spoilers:

If someone halfway through Warbreaker decides to look up 'Bluefingers', assuming him to be a minor character, he won't get surprised this way.

BWAHAHA I did this exact thing on my second read-through, after I'd forgotten everything. I was just like, "oh, right. oops."

  9.

Ummm...... Name 10 bosses from the Ratchet and Clank (seriously, if you have to look this up I will kill you)

What's Ratchet and Clank? Gonna go look it up.

EDIT: Now, technically speaking, I didn't actually look up the bosses, so you don't have to kill me.

  10. Theory: Building directly form your post, when the metal was...passed through the human system, if it was looked at in the cognitive realm, it would not appear invested. Maybe Scadrian metal, by virtue of being connected to the planet, has something extra, sDNA or something, and chromium just removes that, making it normal metal.

  11. Sazed didn't move the Pits because Wax climbed them to get out of the Kandra homeland in shadows of Self

he may not have reformed the land, but he could have moved the place where the power of Ruin leaked out again, where the crystals regrew. That said, your point is still valid, as if he didn' move the Pits themselves, why would he have moved the structures?
