Could you do a news article about the album based on Kaladin's journey that Brandon just announced? I've listened to the extracts, and I think everyone has a reason to get excited.

Just a note - I believe Little Orbit might now be bankrupt or defunct as well - I kept tabs of their Facebook and website as well in the hopes of news, and the last time they posted anything new about any of their games was in January, while before that they usually had some kind of notification change come up every couple weeks before that. I can't confirm it, but that's my belief based on the evidence I have, unless they suddenly decided to go on a 9 month hiatus from everything with no notice.

The idea reminds me vaguely of Legion: Skin Deep, which is interesting. I suspect he'll take it in a different direction, though.

Well, they've done that one. They're at $60,000 now. Next stretch goal is at $67,500, then at $75,000. Seeing as it's been live a day and they've already made it this far, I wouldn't say they're going to have any trouble.
I have to be honest, I'll probably wait for it to hit the shelves, as $50 in US dollars, plus credit card fees, currency change fees, shipping and handling fees (bearing in mind I need it to be shipped internationally), packaging fees, and we're-going-to-call-this-some-obscure-sounding-name-you-don't-know-what-it's-for fees, all together is a bit outside my budget range.

This reminds me of X-Com: The board game, something I played once. Fun, but insanely difficult.

You're missing The Eleventh Metal, an Allomancer Jak story, and The Hope of Elantris.
Thanks. I've updated the list.
And, I'm secretly hoping that he's got something from Vax that he's keeping close to his chest. He's namedropped it twice already, and this would be a good opportunity for an intro.

Just to clarify, the contents in Arcanum Unbound
ed:Intro and Conclusion from Khriss, as well as an intro to each of the planets.
Lift Short Story (Roshar)
The Eleventh Metal (Scadrial)
Mistborn: Secret History (Scadrial)
Allomancer Jak and the Pits of Eltania? (Scadrial)
Sixth of the Dusk (First of the Sun)
The Hope of Elantris (Sel)
The Emperor's Soul (Sel)
Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell (Threnody)
Maybe something from Nalthis???
While I've read most of them, I'll probably still get it, because I read most of these through the library, and it would be great to actually own them.

Just to clarify: Did Amazon actually get it right with "Arcanum Unbounded"? Because I thought there was no 'ed' at the end there.
If the answer is 'Nobody Knows', that's fine, I'd just like to know.

Are non-US Sharders allowed to try as well?
Trying to come up with a metaphor is like being attacked by a drunk hippo.
You only discover how rubbish you are at it once you're already doing it.

When will Theoryland be updated? It doesn't seem to have been updated since Brandon's AMA last May. (That's not meant as a slur or an insult - I'd be happy to help out if it's a matter of manpower and busy schedules.)

Perhaps for Owls and Wands and the Skyrim RP you should have the link direct them to the OOC page, seeing as that's where they'll want to sign up/ask questions?

Hmmm... a mysterious post from Weiry this weekend. Could this be the announcement of the White Sand and Aether forums (though I thought Chaos would announce that)? I wonder...

I won't right now, seeing as I've got a busy period at school, but I'll have another look in the next free period I have. Thanks.

I went and had a look at MBI once and fled in fright at the sheer volume of information I'd have to take in to join in favour of smaller RP's.
Also, you say that you've got an update for this every month... Do you have a rotating cycle of Around the Cosmere, so:
RP's and Social Groups
Theories and Coppermind
SE, MBI, Strategy RP's
??? (Creator's Corner & Fan Fiction?)

America only again. Oh well.

http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/52790-calamity-tour-chicago-naperville/page-3#entry408298 is where the info about Yolen is from. It looks like it's the second item in your list.
Thanks. That clarifies things for me.

Can you give me the specific link to Yolen? I've taken a strong interest in it, and I want to know if he means either:
- "It is unreachable from Shadesmar, but not for that reason." or else;
- "It is may or may not be unreachable from Shadesmar, but if it were it would not be due to that reason." or even;
- "It is not unreachable from Shadesmar. Talking about cognitive activity in relation to Shadesmar would be redundant."
Is there another question which the questioner is aware of and I'm not?

Brandon announced on Twitter that he'll be visiting Australia June 2017. It makes me wonder whether he might be planning a release to occur shortly before that?

Sad about Fall 2017. Is that an "at the latest", or a "probably at this time" projection? I seem to recall his original "at the latest" date for Calamity being a fair bit later than the actual release date, so maybe there's a hope for it being more like Summer or maybe even late Spring 2017?
And I just read that scene in the prose version for the first time yesterday. I'm about a quarter of the way through, and I am really excited for the graphic novel.

Uluru isn't actually all that great. You drive out for a couple hours (depending on where you're coming from) to stare at a big rock. You're discouraged from climbing it because it's a sacred site to the indigenous people.

There's an Australia RP? I'll check it out. Nothing makes a fun day like destroying my hometown.

And... look at this awesome concept art that Brandon released on his website!
(Spoilered for size):

Also, knowing Brandon is a magic player, don't you think that the guy on the right looks like Jace?
It makes me wonder about the others now, too...

Good job! Are you going to adopt the mantle of Shardcast and 'babble your way through all of Brandon's works'?
Talking of which, is Shardcast expected to make a return? They haven't since that video chat...

Oathbringer Chapters 1-3

I wonder if Tor expected the near riots when it was announced these chapters would be released 9 hours late...
Tor, if you read this, you should know: Never get between a Sanderfan and their fresh reading material.
