Alexander Jace Wright (AJ)

There is something about getting a new sketchbook that always inspires me to draw something cool. Plus I haven't posted anything about Fallen for a while...

Well, I took an hour and I drew this (I guess I do spend time on my drawings, @Ark's Boyfriend) and I couldn't help but think about how, as artists, we really like to compare ourselves to others. Our art is never as good as we want it to be, never as good as the person next to us. But when you step back and think about it, there comes a point where you're like, "Ya know, I guess I am good at art." There are plenty of things wrong with this picture, but honestly, I'm pretty proud of it.

*cough cough* New sketchbooks are intimidating. *cough cough*

I like his face, though I do have one question: Why do the characters you draw always have super angular jaws?

*shrug* I guess I picture a lot of characters that way. (plus, it's easier to do jawlines like that because then I have a better sense as to where I should put the eyes)

Most intriguing. I do jawlines at *ahem* where they actually are:P
