Updated spoiler period lengths and Skyward novellas plan

Last month, we adjusted spoiler periods for things in our Forum and Discord policies page.

The new spoiler periods: 

• Cosmere novels - six months
• Cosmere everything else - three months
• Non-cosmere novels - three months 
• Non-cosmere everything else - one month

As such, what we will do for Sunreach (which comes out tomorrow, September 28), and ReDawn (October 26) is that they will have their spoiler period last a month each. That will work well up to the Cytonic release. Currently we still plan to have the third novella, Evershore, to have a spoiler period of a month, but we may need to see how the overlap between Evershore and Cytonics works and re-evaluate that call there.
