Hello, question

Howdy, I'm a relatively new fan of Sanderson's work. I've read the Steelheart books, and am currently in progress with the Mistborn series. I just want to know, how, if at all, are they connected?

Great you found your way to his books!

They are (with a few exceptions) connected through the Cosmere. It's like the univers in which his storys are set but on different planets.
As they are separated you can read his books in any order you like (series still in the intended order please  ) - there are some easter eggs in his books, hinting at other books but that are just small funny things you find in a reread

There are very few characters that are hinted that they visited other planets in the cosmere but nothing really confirmed.
