For admins: Is it possible for members to suggest possible tags for each topic so if the author of a topic forgot to insert tags, people could suggest missing ones and it will be easier to find what you are looking for.

That would be lovely but isn't possible in the current version. Admins can define predefined tags but that would be for everything, which is not really ideal.
