Small ways to make people happy

Submit small tips on how to make people happy!

When someone is excited about some news and asks you to guess just how good it is, always give a low estimate, so that they are happy to tell you it was much better. Example:

Hey, how many upvotes do you think my post in cosmere musical got?

Mmm i don't know, about 4?

Dude it got 9!!!

No way!

Way!

*Excited sounds*

Okay, so on random websites sometimes (for example, I recently did this on Wattpad) I just posted something along the lines of: "Okay, so I really didn't have anything to say, but hi, whoever you are! Hope you're having a good day so far." 

Lots of people commented saying things like, "Thank you so much, I needed this," and "Aw, you too!"

Laugh and smile around people. It makes you seem happier to be around them, and even a few teasing remarks are okay too. Make yourself seem like a familiar friend; I've gotten to know a lot of new people this year, and this has really helped me to build my relationships with them.
