Swimmingly he/him Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Maybe a long Styrofoam block, with two holes for a pair of dowels, which you fix into a wooden hilt, and fill with hot glue?

(Gimli, Treebeard) I've been awake for ten minutes and can't find my copper mind so I forgot some things. @Swimmingly, is it possible to shave down said block into the proper shape? I'm planning on something similar to the shardblade at the bottom of Shallan's drawings, I think it might be Oathbringer but I'm not sure. It's The fat one that has the hook coming up off the back (that part will not be on my blade) Edited May 7, 2014 by BreathTaker
