Considering his actions consistently violates the one universal oath of the Orders, I think we can safely assume that that "yet" is going to continue indefinitely.

I think we can safely assume that it is going to continue until he changes, and sincerely regrets, those actions. (Said regret would also provide the broken-ness necessary to become a Radiant.)
