Weird loading issues.

Hi

Delightful here trying to help this user who does not want me to nickname her. We're trying to upload a profile photo but when I click on the camera image the pop-up starts loading and then the screen just goes blank white. The site does look configured to mobile while I'm on my computer, if that's relevant. Good Wifi and everything else is loading. Any idea whats going on, please and thanks? We have an amazing picture that we can't upload!

Maybe the profile photo is too big? Make sure it is 200x200.
