If Hoid as access to Cadmium Allomantic power and Chromium Feruchemical power we could store luck and then prepare a vial with chromium using the stored luck, given him the amount of chromium necessary to stay in a bubble until the next important event happen...

Hoid probably uses a combination of that and some other tricks. I can't recall whether it has been said whether he is actually unaging, or is just using a set of tricks to extend his relative age over the millenia. Well Hoid obtained Allomancy when He was almost 10000 Years old, so He can't use it to stay alive so long 1
