WayneSpren he/him Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 We know that Scadrial had trees, though they probably weren't as abundant because of the ash. I don't know if we ever hear about forests or orchards any time in the books, and there's probably a smaller limit of other plants as well.

I was just wondering if there was enough wood to make a building material or if it was just used for tools(i.e. picks, axes, and hoes.) Because it might not be efficient to build with if there is so little. It is possible that it is of lower quality.
Cruxer he/him Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 (edited) In the WoA Sazed climbs into a tree in what is described as a forested area. Also When Elend and Vin backtrack on the way to Terris and end up meeting with Jastes, Elend runs into the forest after dealing with Jastes. Just fyi. Edited June 25, 2016 by Warbreaker the Peaceful
