Mobile Version Broken

Cannot access full site from my Google Nexus 5, cannot open the quick navigation mobile menu

I'm not sure what you mean. I have a Nexus 5, and it is easy to access the full version from the mobile version. I am using Chrome on the stock KitKat ROM. Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Full version". Similarly on the full version you can scroll to the bottom and in the bottom left, hit Use Mobile Version.

What specifically do you mean by the "Quick Navigation mobile menu"? The menu on the top right seems to work fine for me?

I figured out the problem; my phone was loading from its cache instead of from the server. I cleared the cache, so everything's working now.

Cool. I wonder how Chrome was set to do such a thing, unless you were using a different browser?
