"...Yeah..." Well... this was both awkward and worrying. Was she going to go to the authorities? But if the King owned them or whatever, should she... not go to them? Since the King was maybe behind this?

A man, likely in his late twenties, stood on a small pedestal in the square in the middle of a small crowd. He was speaking about standing up to the tyrannical king and reclaiming the kingdom. He spoke with quite some authority.

She didn't want to get closer, but she knew she had to. Pulling V with her, she pushed through the crowd until she could hear him clearly.
