Can I change my account’s email?

My school loans out computers with linked emails for each person when you start there, then gives you a computer when you graduate, but deletes the email. I’ve created my account using my school email, but it’s going to be deleted soon, and according to the code of conduct, I can’t create another account can I transfer my account to a different email?

Yep, just go to Account Settings. There's an option to change it there, by Change Password.
