I worked at a hospital for dragons and humans

Hence why I know medical things like how to set my shoulder and Vellelu’s wing and Edward’s leg

If it’s joint human-dragon you’d have to be bilingual

If its join human-dragon, then there would be dragon doctors for the dragons, and human doctors for the humans. Any communication between them would be in Common because all dragons can speak Common, whereas humans cannot speak draconic.
