Do you guys feel like cytonic figments would be a thing that could happen? A figment could have gotten into the nowhere to become a cytonic, but they don’t have brains in the normal sense (my image of figment biology is that when they evolved on their home planet, they evolved in something that held their gas together, like some kind of bubble membrane, until they were alive enough to hold their gases together. I also imagine that they’re made of a bunch of different gases that interact like proteins do in humans, and they think with logic gates that use gas rather than electricity). There is precedence for cytonics without brains in dlzzzzz, but figment biology feels less alive to be than that of resonants.
