Oh that’s an easy answer!

so basically when I was younger the only time I could eat spicy food was when I visited Nepal, and I couldn’t just walk up to a fast food place cuz there were none in walking distance, so I had to walk up to street food vendors, which weren’t sanitary 

So now food poising is associated with good food

I feel like the normal reaction is to hate the food associated with food poisoning...
