As Sand Falls - a Taldain Fic

I wanted to explore the world of Taldain and sand mastery through a short fic centered on original characters. Prior knowledge of White Sand isn't required, and there aren't any spoilers because it's pre-canon. 

 

As Sand Falls - 

Set before the events of White Sand, Hina, a mastrell and sand master, must bring in her unruly student, who is on the run from the Diem for being a public embarrassment and disobeying direct orders.

She only wants what's best for her student, but he may be beyond saving. Or maybe, just maybe, he might be on to something.
