Hoid Slayer's "Sorcerers vs Mages" (fifth grade version)

Okay, so, I've been creating a four book series in my head for a couple years now. The idea originally came to me in fifth grade, when I wrote the first three chapters. Since then, I haven't actually done any more writing until quite recently, but I have been slowly developing the plot, intricate magic systems, and worldbuilding in my head.

I figured, since I was getting back into the writing process (starting from zero again, duh, because that was a long time ago) I would go and look back at what I wrote in fifth grade.

And...

*pause for dramatic effect*

It's actually surprisingly good! But since I'm making some massive changes, I figured I'd post it on here to see what you guys think about it. The series never formally received a name, I've just been calling it "Sorcerers vs Mages", its a work in progress.
