Can I be a hybrid? Also isn't this just the wings of fire tribes but different?

Jungle+Sky (Basically just WoF hybrids). Also give more info on jungle dragons. Why so mysterious?

I could do world building for you. (Literally just copy&pasting wings of fire and making jungle dragons overpowered) also I want to be at least part jungle.
