step 2: find me at the town center, I will recognize you as a dragon and you will recognize me similarly

step 3: convince Revi to bring you.

Okay, you're assuming two things. 1. that people will read this whole conversation. 2. People will metagame. Metagaming is when you know IRL know something that your character does not otherwise know, and having them act on that knowlage.

"I still don't trust him, but I have no reason to not allow him." Revi says the only hint of them being a dragon dissapearing
