Sliver Commander Deck Suggestions

Like the title says, I’m looking to build a Sliver Commander Deck (my wallet is screaming) for Magic: The Gathering, and want suggestions to make it as effective as possible against many different types of decks. So I’ll post my current cards below, and you can make suggestions for additions and removals. 

The best thing is that I have no time limit on it, so I can wait to get more money and also for as many suggestions as I can get.
