Do any y'all think that it'd be cool if there was Duolingo for High Impirial/Eastern Street Slang?

As the title suggests, I'm wondering if anybody think it'd be cool for Eastern street slang duolingo.

(Not my picture, I found this just on google images and thought it was funny).

I thought this picture was funny because recently me and another friend thought it would be funny to only talk (and text) in High Imperial Street slang for a whole day. Suffice to say, it was indeed funny and confusing to those who didn't know what Mistborn was. We even got asked if we were speaking pig-Latin.
