She flipped them over to find . . . a man in his late twenties with faint facial hair--he was not wearing a mask. The man was wearing a grey, militaristic uniform, with green accents.

A crowns guard.

He hits another foot, and this time, the falling figure did let out a satisfying grunt.

Quietly, she asked, "Do you work for Lord Ehlu?"

". . . What?"

One of his hands inched towards his belt, where he had a sheathed knife.

Jerehlu frowned, looking at Alvar.

"That's extremely unlikely . . . they have no reason to be."

“Interesting. You talk after; there are fewer arrows the less time this takes. Do you really think they would risk themselves for your leadership?” He gets ready to spring as subtlety as he can.

Dint frowned. Under here would not be offensive enough.

He considers for a while, and then lifts himself through the hole again, then opens the wagon door carefully, clearing from line of sight of the outside. He watched to which arrows hit which side.

"Of course, we're all friends," Jerehlu explained. "Just because we're bandits doesn't mean we're backstabbers . . ."

He turned back to the direction he'd sent the others in. "Something is wrong, maybe we should sneak up there after the scouts I sent."

Eublech loads up another dart, scanning for more targets.

They suddenly become very hard to spot, the figures quickly disappearing. Lusha charging into the forest had scared them back into hiding, it seemed.

Name: dòchas an t-saoghail. (Gets called hope)

Race (fantasy or normal or whatever): Norse light elf

Appearance: tall, graceful, pale skin and pale green hair.

Personality: your stereotypical elf. Not sure exactly how humans work. Smart, formal, sometimes switches languages,

Skills: can speak almost every language, healing powers, bioluminescence, invisibility, selective invisibility, regeneration enhances speed, illusions, can cause illness or misfortune if made mad, animal speak.

Weapon of choice: bow and arrow, bow can separate into two swords. (It just works alright)

Background: from alfheim. She was a part of the army and separated and came to here to find a different job because they were bullied by the other elves

Other/favorite food/cool jokes: likes to eat grass but made specially. Don’t judge alright.

is this alright?

Jerehlu's arm moved suddenly, grabbing Alvar's arm and pulling it away from himself, then twisting to the side.

Looks good, the whole 'bodyguards' thing was a hook for the start of the story, but the plot has since changed a lot.

Why don't you PM me so we can discuss how to integrate you into the current story!

As Jerehlu gets the knife away from his throat, Alvar releases the valve on his other hand, freezing a blade to replace it. "Simple. You're a hostage. If they do like you as much as you think, I can get a bounty for capturing every one of you alive. Give fifty percent to the other adventures for their help imprisoning your group, and I've got a nice profit. If they don't like you, I kill you and become the new leader."
