Pershandi-spren relationship

We know that the pershandi were crewted by adonalsium, because shards nees an existing template to create life (as seen in scadrial), and there is no other life form that even vaguely resembles them. We also know that the spren of roshar are splinters of the shards residing there (honor spren, cultivation spren, ect). But it is also stated that the pershandi alwase had a simbiotic relationship with spren. Which begs the question, were any of the spren on roshar created by adonalsium?
