On the Cosmere Q&A there is a way to vote on which idea you think works the best(Thats how I think it works)

Well, that's basically the purpose of it! If I understand correctly (don't really post there tbh) answers with more votes go to the top, thus allowing more helpful/detailed answers to be seen first. This is different from the normal orange rep we give.
