I have always assumed that to be the case, but since we do not know why the Blades are wet to begin with, I do not think this observation tells us much more than we already know.

I have a strong but unprovable belief that this wetness is a result of transitioning from the spiritual to physical realm.   And yes, I agree that Taln is wet for the same reason as a newly summoned Shardblade.

 

If I'm right, Taln is I think our first example of a person traveling to/through the spiritual (as opposed to cognitive) realm.
