    Does anyone have advice on how to be comforting to someone else?

    I have this friend, and her little brother is really difficult. Drug-smuggling-in-jail-at-16-suicidal-abusive difficult. And yesterday he just up and left. He hasn't returned. 

    How do I help my friend with her anxiety?

      I agree with Aes Sedai, distraction would be a big help with something like that. If that fails, the best thing you can do is just be there for her. In my experience, nothing is so bad that having another human presence that cares about your existence won't help at least a small amount

      This friend is also suicidal... and a cutter, so I really hope I can find a way to help.

    Real world scenes would be easier to do if I could change the font to make the transition clear, but that's definitely something I'll consider for later down the road. And yes, there will be many explosions. These aren't peaceful airships, you see. And now I should probably sleep, even though I feel like writing until I pass out .

    Thanks! You really inspired me. I know it's not the best-written thing ever, but I'd rather keep this a fun side activity instead of obsessing over it like I do with some of my other stuff. I'll edit this post with the next installment when it's finished!

    Happy Saturday people!

    So I have a funny little story to share… Yesterday, Potato was super sick— throwing up and unable to move type sick. That sucks, right? Wellll… This morning I woke up to find that my parents had taken her to the ER. She most likely has appendicitis. We didn’t expect that, because the rest of us have been sick too.
