Anything Bastille, Weezer, or Muse. Upbeat songs don’t really work for 2 am. -
"Hi." Wynn shook her head to try to clear it. Going from metaphysical spaces to reality was always a shock. "What did we miss?"

Wynn threw her arms around him. "I will never hate you." She whispered. "But right now, our friends need us. Both of us."

Don't you just love it when your parental unit comes home to relieve you of babysitting after a long day? I thought to myself, maybe I'll have time for the shard today. Of course, my baby brother had to throw up at the exact second they came home, making me look completely incompetent. Luckily, he seems fine and he didn't make a huge mess. But still... I have been banished to the basement until further notice. Apparently, I'm not trustworthy enough to clean up barf anymore.
