That will at the very least reduce the amount of manpower we need to watch it. Since I think I have the best idea for bargaining with the fox, I should probably be in the party that goes to look for it. I'll need at least a few other people to come with me; opening a portal to the destination I have in mind will take most of my strength." -

"You guys are terrible at bargaining" Finally within range, Jay strikes, trying to hit her wrist and force her to drop the gun, then spin into a kick to the abdomen.

"You're just trying to get it through there? Yeah, we could help." Chrysler pulls out a small book from her bag. "If I could just remember the shrinking glyph..." The younger woman speaks up. "Sorry, you just don't have that glift." Chrysler looks up and around as if she heard someone cock a gun, and then relaxes. "Is that all?" She shrugs. "I think so"' Chrysler turns to Andante. "Oh yeah, this is Moria Smedry. Moria, Andante, Andante, Moria."

Jay stops running, realizing he's going to have to take this lady out to meet his goal. He turns around and charges at her, using her pulling at him to try and reach her before she can do anything else.

Jay takes the shot with his Veil, stumbling a bit as he runs towards the building he knows houses the engine.

Chrysler climbs up on the roof along with a young woman with dark hair, wearing multiple layers of jackets and coats, and an oddly pink pair of glasses. "That's a really big Christmas tree, guys!"

Harmony holds her violin bow menacingly. "Good to meet you, Trylle. I'll go look around too. Mind if I come with you? And away from the crazy people?"

From the front of the house comes a shout. "Hey, uh, you guys need some help?"

I like "classics", but I also don't know how to define those at all. Although, that gives me an idea in an origin. What if somehow comic books were coming into the real world?

"Perfect. Now, memorize this." Chrysler sketches a slightly more complex glyph in front of her

Harmony has to agree with the sound that sigh. "Where do you think that monster came from? Or maybe we can ask these townpeople."

"Well I'm aware of that, obviously. Lieutenant Cytra was supposed to meet me here 30 minutes ago!" Jay desperately hopes that this lady doesn't know Lieutenant Cytra is still lying in pieces on the deck of their boat.
