    I am not an artist. I can’t do graphic design or anything else. But I have desires

    That is my current wallpaper on my phone, and I love it, but I was reading a book titled The Inheritance Games, and I want 3 new words to be on my screen

    I just don’t know how to make those words appear in a design similar to that. Any advice?

      You could search for similar wallpapers to that minus the words, then use a photo editing/art app to put the words you want on it?
