  1. I like it! Drawing the Aon for nothing. Use tin to see through the paper bag on your head - very useful.
  2. I love it! Everybody assumes Nightwatcher is a spren, so it automatically makes sense that she's not.
  3. Sounds almost like modern texting...

His death cry sounds an awful lost like the death cries on Roshar. Anybody else get that impression?
  5. "Axies is the most powerful person in the Cosmere." A certain confused bathing attendant can attest to this.
  6. Aw, don't be a baby. I know friends who've been vaporized entirely! And you don't have to wonder every day of your life why you had to start thinking with portals...
  7. By rocks I'll assume you're actually referring to Roshar. By Hell I'll assum eyou're confusing allomancy for feruchemical brass.
  8. Use the "Hoidsmar" to travel a few steps forward. Start storing Copper at all times, and be sure to put away the memory of how to stop.
  9. Well put Straff. Ruin wasn't evil for destroying, because destruction is what it does. Odium, however, doesn't have to kill, and doesn't have to be evil. So I suppose m ealier assumption could be incorrect. Adonalsium didn't have to be evil, but the large amount of hatred does worry me.
  10. Who else imagined a deep, hollow laugh echoing through a long hallways when they read that? Brandon and Peter have me officially freaked out now.
  11. Why pay less for cookies when you can pay more? Come over here and we'll give you a lesson in hemalurgy cookie. Well, we know who #2 on the list it.
  12. Well Hello there!

  13. He did say he broke some of the laws of physics...
  14. Yes. Just, yes.
  15. No problem, we all make mistakes. Mine happens to be freezing myself and my computer in a perpetual fall. Makes typing devilishly tricky.
  16. Should I be worried about this?
  17. Start with one gemstone. Empty it to create a second. Now you have two empty gemstones. Leave them out in a storm. Use the two to create two more, now you have four empty gems. Leave out in storm. Rinse and repeat. So long as none of them crack, you're set.
  18. Yes, he's saying that its because it doesn't leak, which I'm not sure I'm willing to support fully. I always thought it wasm ore connected to the Parshmen and Honor, but that works too.
  19. Ah, but plate vs blade means the plate wins, so it's actually easier long term.
  20. Set against the world, it's identical to what I do anyways... Would you rather be totally numb or always in pain?
  21. I love it! Alright Odium, call in your army of soulcasters! Let's get this done! The planets seem to predate even the Shards, I wonder how readily they'd give up their form...
  22. Shallan specifically states that gems cannot be soulcast, otherwise they'd have created those, not valuable stones. And as long as the gemstone you use doesn't crack, you'd have effectively doubled your stormlight capacity.
  23. This theroy calls to mind the question: Can a Windrunner suck in stormlight leaking from a person? If the only reason they can draw it in is because it leaks, gratz, you're at least partially right. Unfortunately, I don't think that's it. I think it's a bit of a stretch to assume rocks hold stormlight, considering a number of things. Most important of them all is the reason you can't soulcast gems. If you could, you'd have limitless power, creating infinite wells of it by turning air to gems. Likewise, if this were true, you'd just soulcast a whole bunch of rocks, and somebody who can get it out would do so, gaining limitless power. Sorry, but I simply don't agree.
  24. You forget their strange telepathy. For all we know, the Parshendi and the Parshmen are like Seons in a sense, capable of communication, but too different in mindset to work together beyond a few emotions and impressions. The Parshendi can send the impression of "No touch corpse", but, like an elantrianified seon, they can't do much beyond that.
