I would like to announce my victory of a heated ebate (A real one, not just an argument) over why we shouldn't have AIs. I feel so proud

Come to think of it, Lifeless would work just fine for this purpose. They're pretty much be a Rube Goldburg of Breaths, you'd get far more for your money. If you could somehow implant a command to force a lifeless to surrender its breath upon dying, you'd solve the issue of said breaths being previously irretriveable.

And let's not forget Sunmaker, who's already allegedly messed with history enough as it is. Still, if I can find a death cry that says it, it's canon to me.

I have the innate ability to piss people off. Like, to a Smedry-Talent level. Give me a person, and I can have them ready to tear my throat out within an hour. Sadly, it has a midn of its own, and the power activates at all the wong times.

Imagine what you could do with chain-awakenings! It would be AMAZING! Plus it would rid you of the problem of reeding to touch an object, artificially reproducing 10th heightening's indirect awakening powers.

I think the numbers 16 and 10 aren't actually the Shard's choice, but simply side-effects of their radiation. Their power has natural patterns harking back to Adonalsium. As for the Heralid, I believe it's actually in the death cries somewhere. You are, however, right that it could be religious changing stuff. They do like 10s after all.

I'd lay out a slow but sure plan to take over the world from the background. The plan would be infalible, since I'd have millenia to plan it out. I'd also go into composing, music playing(again), art(again), and maybe even research Awakening. As an added bonus, I could try awakening things with artifical mouths to awaken things, which would be amazingly awesome.

We worry about magic systems not working righ ton other worlds. AonDor seems to have failed to add in that mechanism, losing all or most power, and Hemalurgy seems to be the ultimate at this, losing no power. They all tried to immitate something, but in their efforts they left out other pieces. Who's willing to bet we'll find something interesting by combining all the magic systems' similarities?

I doubt the heralds got the count wrong. I feel like trusting the number, and the fact that it's 100 means a lot of disturbing things.

All shardic powers seem to by trying to immitate something. Shallan's memories and Copper, Steel/Iron and Lashings, AonDor and general allomancy. They all seem to be attempting an immitation of what they once knew. Maybe hemalurgy's general use has something to do wtih that?

In-book they talk about the desolations. As for 10x10, 10 is like the 16 of Roshar, it pops up EVERYWHERE. The fact that there are 100 desolations is a pretty big coincidence.

I would like to announce that Stormlight 2 is now at 8%!!!

The other worlds, as well as some of the life on them, existed pre-shattering, so I don't think so.

The Heralds told the people that Desolation 99 was the final desolation. What it means by that quote is that the Heralds lied, and the number 100 is coming up. Anyone notice that 100 is 10x10?

It's fairly baseless other than the fleeting mention of her changed personality (explainable) and the fact that she's exactly where I'd stick a Kandra if I were somebody who had a rebel one, or better yet was a rebel one.

Yes. Oooooh yes. I declare this theory my official "Precious" and add 10 awesomepoints to Odium's Shard.

Vin was my favorite hands-down, closely followed by Kelsier and Elend. TenSoon, Sazed, Hrathren and Spook follow after, all of these in no particular order.

Makes me wonder if Shards fall into the same table as allomancy. Physical and Mental almost surely. Things get odd around Temperal, but it should work fairly well.

As I said, Shard of my- (At this point, Observer had a crazy idea, and rushed off to get a pretzal.) What if it's Adonalsium? Probably not a good idea come to think, considering Adonalsium wouldn't call Honor the Almighty. So back to square one, where I think its somebody given Cosmere-awareness in their last moments, including the term "Shard".

I would like to announce that playing "Slender" multiplayer in the same room as a friend with sharp nail is a TERRIBLE idea. Owch. I would also like to announce that I got back form the eyedoctor's evil "Expand you pupil" contraptions. Even a dimly lit room scalds my eyes now. I can officially announce my empathy for Spook the stud.
