  1. I really hope it's as long, considering the wait I'm putting up for it
  2. It is? I thought Brandon said it'd be around the same?
  3. I would like to announce that Stick Empires has finally come out, and that I am awesome at it. I woud also like to announce that I'm getting the next Starcraft.
  4. When I read, I pewter drag. Takes a while to start, but I literally go till I can't see anymore. After WoK, the world was just one big blur.
  5. I, on the other hand, wouldn't stop at all. If I can finish WoK in one day, I can get through all of SA without eating on taking a break. Imaginary challenge accepted.
  6. Gratz, have fun. You'll love it
  7. Dragonsteel refers to a series, 2 books of which are pre-cosmere, the rest of which we have no ideas on.
  8. In the name of teaching of course. I hate sounding so clueless :/
  9. Doubtful. And if there are privacy settings, people will find ways to bypass them. Think of kidnappings! You'd know the kid's name right off the bat, and maybe even some important info to make it seem more legit. The little ones may not be old enough to know that it's just the glasses. Scary.
  10. I would like to announce that going back to Visual Basic sucks.
  11. That's assuming you can see her.
  12. The info popups about people freak me out. Am I the only one worried about that?
  13. If I could talk with somebody for an hour, it'd probably be Hoid. Assuming I can get a straight answer from him >_> Other than that, Shallan, Lightsong, and maybe even Jasnah would be my game.
  14. Crazy idea I just had. Double agent Parshendi. The Parshendi are neutral in this fight. They could be for either side, all things depending. Some clever Herald or maybe even a shard decides to run a little 'test', sending in some Parshendi, and later retrieving them for analysis. Crazy, yes. Farfethched, yes. Plausible? Barely. Awesome? Oh yeah.
  15. I'll answer some question, in no particular order. The other reason Ruin picked Vin was because Preservation had already chosen her, and by spiking her he thwarted his old enemy's plans. For a time. I believe the mists were reacting to both the well and to Ruin, both of which were particularly active during those time periods. Ruin had a spiked pawn at both times, and the well was full. I assume that's what the mists were up to. Note: Don't forget the Lord Ruler. It would have been within his power to shove the mists backwards power-wise, but probably not for long. For Kelsier, there is either a yet unknown way to drop a shard or already being dead allowed him to do so. I think he could talk to Vin and Spook because, like a Scadrians, he had a bit of Ruin in him, allowing for mental communications. Elend pushes on coin, making it weigh his 200 pound plus an extra 100 or so thanks to his power. Inquisitor only does 200, and as such Elend takes the stumble from the Inquisitor's 200, and the Inquisitor takes the hit for the remaining 100 he didn't cancel. That's all I've got for now, but: *Terminator voice* I'll be back.
  16. This deathcry seems to reference Kaladin.
  17. I would like to announce that I found a smarty package with 3 yellows in a row, a discovery more important than even Quantum Physics.
  18. He'll always, Awaken, you? Get it? *Bad pun dance* /graoner
  19. Interesting...we always assumed it killed your spirit, but that would be hard. Maybe it just kill the bridge to spirit, you cognitive stuff...Melikely.
  20. Straff and Elend are german for misery and strife, and that was a total accident. I suspect these are too.
  21. Shardplate gives you the effect of pewter burning, and it didn't take long for Dalinar's fist to bust up Elhokar, so I'm guessing it would.
  22. She could, she just didn't get the feruchemical effect. Since they didn't know what nicro did, it wouldn't produce any noticeable effect.
  23. 8. Because of its small numbers, Survivorism is all the fun of a cult without the- Who are we kidding? Survivorism is a cult! Join kids, join for some candy! 8a. Our religion is Warning! Kelier is not held responsible for any sickness, human sacrifice, encyclopedia altars, deaths, injuries, property damage, lawsuits, spikes, or suspicious vanishings. Please walk down the long dark hallway labeled "Atar room" if you have any questions or complaints. Amazing! Replying to this comment will be taken as consent to agreeing to all above terms.
  24. Midas mentions on several occasion that the gods are dead in Liar. It's just one more proof that he's from Yolen, which really needs no more confirmation, but is nice to have anyways.
