    The rising sun glinted off a metal object in the distance. Fast approaching came a man, his tan trench coat flapping wildly in the wind. In his arms is a child, curled up and asleep, skin cooled by the fast moving breeze. As the man approaches the city of Salem, an expression of smug anticipation crosses his face, he has Come all the way from the southern tip of chile to get here and he has finally arrived. Three minutes later, he stops at the edge of the city. He had come from the east, and the sun was still rising behind him, warming him and providing him with a halo of light to blind anyone trying too hard to look at him head on. The large, metallic grey object he was on, oblong and fairly thin, melted beneath him, slowly lowering him and the child in his arms to the ground. The metal continued to float in liquid, flowing lines around them as he walked through the city. Humans (most of the demons, himself included, called them vanillas) walked with their heads down, masks of anxiety and false disinterest covering their faces. He walked further into town wearing a poker face, only vaguely noticing the posters that completely covered some of the walls. He did notice how there weren't many objects in the city that had iron in them. To few objects glowed red for him to be comfortable, so he set the child in a metallic hammock that he had formed and began dropping iron dust from his palms, grinning like a madman. He would enjoy this city.

    I remember how this goes, granted. You gain one thermonuclear battery that can power anything from a flashlight to a car. It never runs out of power though it is thermonuclear, so the government wants it. Your bane is that you can no longer eat wheat or wheat by-products again, under penalty of them becoming three foot long, green, venomous snakes from the very lowest pits of the underworld.

    @Darkness Ascendant, You think davinci or michaelangelo never made a mistake with charcoal? They would never have gotten to where they are if they had t made mistakes along the way, but the paintings/ sculptures still turned out fine. Look at the monalisa. He painted that on top of another painting! Regardless, my point is, we don't care if you make mistakes. We are all here simply waiting, whether it's for friendship, beauty, or a (semi) holy short story currently being written by an aquaintance.# kindofmagicrocks! Right now, we're waiting for you. We have respect and admiration for you and your creations. Nothing can truly be terrible in the light of that, right? Just show us your masterpiece and whatever good comes of it will come.     Yep. That way he doesn't lose the nutrients from his newly created creepy immortal bunnies that he just ate until it doesn't matter anymore. it also provides an explanation for why the object could still be there years after he made it. How large an object can he make at a time though? If its an unlimited amount, things start getting out of hand pretty quickly.

    I have no doubts nor feelings of disbelief towards the absolute validity of your statement. Thank you, by the way, bleeder. You've helped me avoid some of the mistakes that people have made with you. I don't think I've accidentally ( or purposefully for that matter) insulted someone based on their sexuality or religion since I heard you guys complain about the injustices done to you. Thank you so much for that.

I admire you as a person, and an example of the good that can be accomplished in this world. @little wilson, you are an example of impressive wisdom. I thank, and respect, you for sharing said wisdom. I wish I had discovered this site, and you guys, earlier in my life. You've helped me and so many others in more ways than I can verbally express.     I have a brother, adoption style, he's an orphan of sorts and he loves batman. He made a joke earlier; "I'm an orphan man, if I were a millionaire I'd become batman, but I'm not a millionaire, I'm middle-class! Im middle-class man! That means... I'm gonna become ROBIN?!? Robin?!? I'm cursed to wear tights the rest of my days!" *breaks down sobbing* Also this: Apps in the Wild West Studio C look it up.

    Gracious sir, I gladly accept your help and pray that you discover what ails me. You see: The writing wasn't shardic, or runic, or anglosaxon. It wasn't Egyptian or Greek, or German, or Slovakian, or Mesopotamian, or free-mason, or even short-hand. The s looked like a five ontop of a c, the t's were upside down, nothing was as it was in English. If you need a more extensive guide, I'll take a picture. The voices are, were, whispers, barely heard suggestions, like someone from a distance trying to whisper something to you, and you can just barely hear what they say, only more like hundreds of people doing what I just described at the same time. These things happen in dreams. (And real life... Sometimes.) I would have accepted a cookie, if the issue had been pushed, but after it had been mentioned, and the warning 'don't' response had been given, I don't think it was brought up again, so cookies aren't involved. Any ideas or theories yet? (... Am I just completely mad?) your hopeful, and quite grateful, new acquaintance, -ShadowLord_Lith

    You know your addicted to the 17th shard when, after ONE HOUR of not having your phone, you literally start screaming into your pillow, writing witch-Chant in your hidden journal, and hearing voices whispering about what is happening on the shard... Or when you start feeling a physical pain at the lack of shardi...ness? I honestly got some withdrawal symptoms over the weekend, including: hot and cold flashes, tiredness, insomnia, and physical aching. I think I need to see someone for help.

    @Mestiv My dad believes that, especially in the last decade or so, girls have started thinking that love is physical and they want to experience this physical emotion, he believes it's gotten worse over the last decade or so. As such, today if your physical with a girl( let her cry in your shoulder, or hug her, etc...) she thinks you like her in that way. But that's my dad. @AnanasSpren, I just try to be nice, and I try to be what I want to be. I do random things, like holding glue upside down or asking why a mackerel can be holy. They like who I am, and I like them. Try to be yourself, that is what they admire as far as I know. & @Orlion Determined, you completely right, I still want them as friends, and I don't want to hurt them, but I also don't want to date yet. I suppose that in some cases that is too much to ask for, thanks for the help though! @Delightful, thanks for your advice, I'll take it, if you don't mind.

    Well there are these two girls I know for certain that like me, though other girls might be interested. I'm planning to use this advice until I start dating.

    First time posting here, I have a reason for doing so. See, I've gotta lotta of friends and I'm not looking to date anyone yet, but I think all of the sweet lasses I'm friends with think I'm easing into a relationship with them. I don't want to lead them on, but I don't want to be cruel either. What can I do to 'let them down' without hurting their feelings? We're talking high-school sophomore age, any advice?

    Granted, though this means bye-bye all meat products. And wheat. Your bane is that everyone knows who caused this planetary famine and they lock you in solitary and completely shut off all sensations flowing to your brain. I.e. Touch, taste, smell, sight, hearing, etc... I wish for the ability to be unable to commit ANY truly evil act.
