He smiled, shaking the mans hand. "To find that out, I'll need to know what exactly you are looking to accomplish with my help."

Shae looked up, smiling. "Hello sir... may I help you?"

Shae was sitting in his chair in the art room, carving something into a slab of wood- something to force everything out of his chest. He felt so powerless to stop anything, and he needed o make a piece of art that expressed how frustrated and overwhelmed he was.He sighed, setting down the tools he'd been using and staring at the unfinished horror story he'd been carving. A reenactment of that horrible day- a story to tell... He closed his eyes, sighing and focusing on other things. The sound of the room around him, the feeling of life just beyond the doors, and slow pain on his neck from the bite that was still scabbed over, though healing... He had forgotten that these were things that helped calm him. It was relaxing to just sit and listen...

He grinned. "I'll keep you company." He sat next to Ax, then started some idle chit chat.

He gleefully took Ax's hand, getting up onto the building. "Alright, what now?" He chuckled, hoping Ax didn't push him off. He probably wouldn't... maybe... most likely not, but... never too careful.

Jace continued to follow him.

Jason followed him, excited.

He grinned, enjoying the walk to the door, where he paused. "Great walk, now what?" He chuckled as he opened the door for Ax.

He grinned. "That's the spirit! Let's go!" He took Ax's hand, grinning as he started dragging him towards the front door.

Jason grinned. "My stomach is a void. A walk sounds great! Just so long as we don't get attacked by bears, alright?" He grinned.

Jace smiled. "Good! I'm gonna feed you lunch if you don't eat it, okay?" He grinned, then ate five more before standing up and eating the three in the fridge. "So! What now my wonderful man?"

He hummed, looking at the dead person talking to Ax. He winked at it, grinning. It was near enough that Ax might mistake it for being for him. He let his eyes wander. Then he refocused on Ax, and began poking his mouth with a pancake. "Eat- you never eat breakfast unless I force you- so eat." He grinned, continuing to poke his lips with the food.

He winked at him, making a tear appear under that eye as he squeezed out the water. It ran down his face as he pretended to revel in some heavenly light. "My life is once again complete. Can I have more?" He grinned, suddenly energetic again.

He whooped, rushing to grab some and then pausing. "These aren't hurting me... It's so wonderful..." the began eating them, sniffing as he forced tears to form in his eyes. He was remarkably good at theatrics- he just didn't like performing in plays. It felt weird.

He pumped his fist. "Heck yes! Where are they?" He grinned, looking around excitedly.

He snorted. "You made everyone food- but you also helped with the fridge and didn't leave me to suffer the football teams wrath. But it's also public. Add together and divide by the number of dead people floating around the room and you get-" He pecked Ax's lips and grinned, "- that. You can have more later- right now I want food because I'm a teenager who is male. The void lives within me and demands I feed its hunger." He grinned.

He quickly set them inside, Then closed the door and squished his now very warm hands against Ax's face, sighing in relief. "That's better. Your face is way colder than those flapjacks." He grinned.

Jace looked at him, thinking for a moment, then grinned. "The fridge! Quickly, Ax, help me get this flaming mana to the fridge where they shall cool to perfection!" He grinned, standing and grabbing them, wincing and juggling them again but with less pain. They had cooled a bit.

Jason chuckled, humming as he stared at the pancakes in front of him, ignoring everything else. "How can I eat you?" He pondered this deeply, attempting to find a solution.

He smiled. "Good, Then it was worth it!" He grabbed one and took a bit, wincing and dropping it as he chewed quickly and swallowed. "Ah, Ah, hot..." He grimaced, not fully closing his mouth. "Ow..."

He glared. "Sure, sure... that's what my mother says- and I never get any! I'll get burned long before I give up on these heavenly- you did make them, right?" He switched gears, looking at Ax and blinking. He ignored the talk of Ideals.

He flinched, rubbing the back of his head while protecting his burning prizes. "Mine! I've woken up crying in the middle of the night because I want your pancakes so badly, and you can't take these away from me!" He hissed, then grinned at the joke.
