  1. Jason grinned, nodding. "That actually sounds perfect. Could you get breadsticks too?" He seemed more excited by the idea of breadsticks.
  2. Jason only spent another few minutes in the shower, his ideas about what could've been solidifying into an idea of what it still technically could be. He got dressed in his tux again, smiling as he found and then looked at Ax on the bed. "Hey... could you run out and go buy us something for dinner? Whatever you're craving?"
  3. Jason was in his apartment, showering as he tried to get over what had just happened. He felt a bit upset that his and Axel's prom had been ruined. His annoyance was more than he really knew how to deal with, and he was mentally just tired. They'd gotten there, seen the battle and tried to help, seen some of their friends hurt, and then... they'd just gone home. Once the fighting was done, but they had gone straight home. He couldn't even do anything because he didn't know how to lightwave yet... or what light weaving even was. Once he'd gotten home, he'd basically walked straight to the shower and gotten in- now he was soaking in warm water. He wondered what the night could've been if there hadn't been an attack. It would've been so nice... @Sherlock Holmes
  4. Failen bit his lip, looking around. "I know how to find a lot of food, if there's anything edible nearby... I could help with that problem..." He hadn't ever gotten a horn, but he could purify things with a touch and a pulse of magic if he tried. It was tiring, but it might be helpful.
  5. Failen nodded, still confused, but understanding it better now. "Alright... do we have any idea where we need to go?"
  6. Failen noticed that, relaxing a bit. "Um... yes, I do... how did you-" He hesitated, then shook his head. "Never mind. Can you please explain to me what exactly is happening?" He didn't understand this place, or it's people. He'd been practically invisible in the shadows under the tree... could this person sense him somehow with something other than his eyes? The idea was interesting, but he wasn't aware of the trick if there was one... he'd avoided the gaze of much more powerful, dark beings than this 'Cheh' seemed to be, in much less forgiving circumstances. He was curious, but he wasn't willing to pry- at least the man seemed friendly.
  7. Failen flinched, looking at the stranger like he'd seen a ghost. "Um... y-yes... a few... Who are you?"
  8. Failen continued to watch, confused and curious as he did so. He didn't understand anything that was going on, and part of him wanted to simply run away. He didn't have a unicorn's horn, and he couldn't grow his own, so he couldn't change shape- and that was both a blessing and a curse. He wasn't exactly sure what he would rather do right now- live in the forest as a magical horse that never even once considered finding his way back home, or go with these strangers and figure out what had happened to him.
  9. Failen felt odd. That magic he'd felt before was gone, and now he didn't know what to do. He just sort of waited there, confused.
  10. Failen watched, uneasy and moving slightly behind a tree, not wanting to be noticed easily, but also feeling an urge to say hello. He had never really liked being alone, and people were right over there... He waited, listening to try and learn what these people were all about- he had to consciously focus on his magic to keep his shadow charmer abilities from making him un-noticeable in the less well-lit area underneath the trees.
  11. Failen was walking through a forest. He had no idea what forest, or how he'd found his way here, but he knew it was alive- healthy, alive, and clean. It was different from most forests he was used too. Most surprising of all, though, was the fact that no fairies were anywhere, even though it was somewhere the small creatures would love to be. That worried him, and he wondered if, somehow, he was in the domain of a dark creature that he couldn't sense. It was unsettling. He could feel a faint pull, though- something similar to the magic he had gotten from his father in one direction. He followed the pull, ending up looking at a group of several people, none of whom he actually knew. That left him on edge and wary, trying to find the magic he'd been following.
  12. He nodded, beginning to read up. It would take him a few hours, and he read it through two or three times, making certain he understood everything. @AonEne @Blessing of Potency
  13. Shae took it hesitantly, looking at it. "Alright... If you give me a few hours, I can probably get a grasp of it, but..." He read a few lines on the first page. "It says the kind of metal used in the spike is important. I'll need that information and access to the spikes once I've made my stamp..." He mentally prepared for the job, not even thinking to simply say 'NO'. He didn't believe they'd be unwilling to kill him, and wasn't willing to risk his life just yet- it wasn't like they had threatened anyone he loved or anything. To his knowledge... @Blessing of Potency

  16. He paled, looking down and thinking quickly. "Uh... I... probably can? I need more information than that- what kinds of spikes do what, where they need to be spiked... if I have that, I can help you."
