  1. Aonic names are the hardest for me. Here's a guide by Sanderson: http://brandonsanderson.com/books/elantris/elantris/elantris-pronunciation-guide/ I mispronounce a lot of Sanderson names. The GraphicAudio pronunciation of Adolin threw me off. I've fixed my pronunciation of Jezrien to Yezrien but can't/don't fix it for Jasnah. (I think it's because I've said it too many times in my head, so it's stuck.)
  2. Thanks, I already have two Type IV awakened entities talking in my head. How bad can a third one be? I trade in a rotspren.
  3. In case the embedded link doesn't work: http://www.17thshard.com/news/features/around-the-cosmere-tumblr-and-cfsbf-r264/
  4. I thought that the Windrunner glyph is supposed to be blue.
  5. Let's revive this. No one else has put Renarin as an INTP, but I do. Here's why: He is obviously introverted. Everyone agrees that he is intuitive. He seems thinking with his interest in hearing about fabrials. I put him as P because he can't decide to go into artentia. His inability to choose a career path seems very much P to me. I am curious as to what @FeatherWriter thinks about this. (Please note that while I consider myself to be an INTP, I do not relate much to Renarin's character.) Vasher as INTP This one might be biased. Vasher has consistently shown introverted behavior. He has intuitive ideas. He has a lot of grip on his thoughts (but not much grip on emotions.) He is adaptive and is not shown to do very much planning.
  6. Ialai actually starts with a capital i. It throws a lot of people off. Just remember that her name is symmetrical.
  7. This is a great term. There is a theory that the heralds, after breaking the oathpacts, start acting like the ten fools.
  8. Honor ...because that seems to be the honorable thing to do. I think I am more like Honor than Preservation. Would you rather be a gloomspren or a captivityspren?
  9. Brandon has given us a nice cliffhanger: http://www.tor.com/2014/09/30/brandon-sanderson-stormlight-archive-book-3-first-chapter/
  10. Wayne's lucky hat. Because Wayne takes much better care of his special hat than Wax does for Vindication. Would you rather be a windspren or a gloryspren?
  11. It seems like I am one of the few Muslims here. Currently it is Ramadan, fasting month for us. Ramadan Mubarak!
  12. That doesn't seem to be a normal human soul. The man spoke. "It's a wolf. I'm saving you!" He ran and grabbed the spear, and then put a sharp metallic cap on it as he ran back. Voidus always did get himself complicated in all types of strange things. Another voice spoke. Let''s hurry and get away from Voidus and the wolf. The man with his black spear promptly ran away. I hope we don't get lost in the dark alleys. The new voice is my loyal sword that is broken. I will be inactive for some time. Bye.
  13. I have awakened the broken sword. It's name is Goodwill and has the command "Enjoin good." He will speak in underline. I am a loyal sword. I may be broken but remember in WOR: You want creative? Both of my Type IVs are named with two words that join to make one word. Daybreak and Goodwill. I would say something but I'm still confused about how Goodwill did a spoiler tag. I'll teach you later, Daybreak.
  14. This makes a lot of sense. I can't believe I didn't think of it before. I am a fan of both of them.
  15. Once, I found this shared by someone on 17thShard: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R7NoW7vMfWMSezANJ1Me7p4rK72kutmnc5kuMKugqQU/edit#gid=0 Of course, I bookmarked it and I advise you to do so too.
  16. Sielas has read the Mistborn trilogy, so the first table is safe to read.
  17. Renarin's spren is refered to as "he" while Ym's spren is feminine.
  18. You both have forgotten to ask wishes. For this, the Nightwatcher will make your noses continuously drip mucus. I wish for a spren friend.
  19. I have the same problem.
  20. Finding out about Reen's death was sad and it revealed that he did care for Vin.
  21. Welcome. The Nighwatcher also gave me a loyal sword that is broken. It reminds me of Lightsong's quote: “I swear, my dear. Sometimes our conversations remind me of a broken sword." She raised an eyebrow. "Sharp as hell," Lightsong said, "but lacking a point.” I am thinking of making it be my second Knightblood weapon.
  22. I assumed that Nightblood was Nalan's ultimate Skybreaker test. A good person would be repulsed; a bad one, attracted. But a man who only follows the law would be immune. Szeth's feeling nothing showed that he was a perfect candidate for be a Skybreaker.
  23. Shalash is a herald. Shalash - The Coppermind - 17th Shard
  24. IWINULOSE2 In Mistborn 3, What happened to Kelsier's bones, and will they play any significance in any of the sequels? BRANDON SANDERSONThe bones survived the events of the last book. We might see them again. Speaking of relic-like items, Sazed's rings survived as well. We might see those again. Maybe his skeleton was involved. Secret History does not explain how he came back to the physical.
