The wait is over, the Secret Project episodes have been slain and the Stormlight Archive 5 prologue episode is finally here! (Your resident editing Feather appreciates the patience for the slight delay.) Though deep down, though, we all know the REAL wait is going to be for this book's release because this prologue is SPICY.
Our time with the Secret Projects is coming to a close for now, but we've got one last set of WoBs from Brandon's spoiler stream, all about Secret Project #4 and its implications for the wider Cosmere! Next week, it's finally coming: our reactions to Brandon's surprise reveal of the prologue to Stormlight Archive 5.

Do you want an episode where we talk about just a SINGLE WoB? Yes, it's true, your dream--or nightmare--is here. This WoB had consumed many channels for weeks (including I think most of our staff channels) on Discord. There are such strong feelings that we needed a full episode to delve into it. Not only that, but also get insight into one of the most arcane pieces of lore in the cosmere, and it's kind of Eric's fault.
We are incredibly excited to have a special Shardcast where we got to talk to Janci Patterson, co-author of the Skyward Flight novellas: Sunreach, ReDawn, and Evershore! We talk to her about the process, Evershore, and a bit about future Skyward things she and Darci Cole will be working on after Defiant is out! She is completely lovely we had a blast chatting with her!
Evershore, the third and final Skyward Flight novella, has been out since December 28th, and so we have to talk about it! Let's see how this concluded the novella story. It stars Jorgen, and it was a delight.

ReDawn, the second of the Skyward Flight novellas came out on October 26th, and so we're here with another bonus Shardcast doing our reactions! It's not very "mini" of a mini-episode, but I guess under two hours is mini for us.
It's October, the spoopy season, so let's do an episode on Brandon's use of horror in his works! This one has spoilers for uh basically every Brandon's works. We go into tons of different horror types and more, and explore how Brandon uses these elements in his books.
We love Brandon Sanderson here; that's why we've done over a hundred and fifty of these Shardcasts. But you know, we have some beefs too. We did a Cosmere Beefs episode long ago in 2018, and so it's time for some new (and updated) beefs for 2021, with some of our newer cast members as well!
