This is a cheat of fan art, but I got this new set of carving knives for details & linoprinting & was dying to test them out, but didn’t have much inspiration for what to draw. So I chose to replicate this image of Karbranth from The way of kings, because I’m an architecture nerd & always loved how this city was described. It was a very satisfying & relaxing process especially because I was listening to the audiobook & Shallan’s first impression of the city.
