Wait, why the heck is this here?

So, in way of kings, there's a depiction of Kharbranth, and in the corners of the paper, there's the voidish symbol equivalent to the dustbringers, as found in the illustration in the back. Does anyone know anything about that?

There's theories, but no one knows why it's there

 

(Plus, if you look carefully, there's actually another glyph visible at the topmost central part of the city, it's only half visible, looks kinda like a sunset. That symbol is also present in the Roshar world map, this time in full:

look at the left seal, it looks like they are both the same glyph.)

The compass glyph is also shown on one of the sails of the boats, I noticed.

It seems to be focused on the building with the dome at the top of the city. What is that? An Oathgate?

The palanaeum maybe?

Here's the Way of Kings quote:

"Oh, where the Palanaeum is?...It's the center of the city, so to speak. Except it's the top." (p. 65)

So it is the Palanaeum, but it's also Taravangian's palace, so it could be a foreshadowing relating to the Diagram. Is it known where that map comes from?
