Which Shardblade Was Used?

In WoR, when Shallan kills Tin, she summons a shardblade. In the text, there is doubt raised as to whether or not she needs the ten heartbeats to summon the blade. 
 

Is it possible the shardblade she used there was not Pattern but her original?

I'm beginning to think that is quite possible. We don't really know what all she's able to do with a deadeye spren she's possibly still bonded to. Someone needs to ask Brandon about this!

Clearly Pattern is a lot better about not screaming his head off whenever he or his Radiant touches a deadeye than Syl is.

Radiants hear the Deadeye’s screams, it’s not their bondmate screaming.

I thought it was sort of a transitive property thing, their bondmate hears the screaming and relays it to them.

Either way, at some point we're going to need an answer about why Shallan isn't constantly hearing the screams of her dead spren.

Or maybe she does hear the deadeyes screaming, but because it's been going on constantly since she was a young child, she doesn't consciously notice it, just treating it like background static.
