Inside her head. She grabbed at her head, trying to get them out. They whispered inside of her, telling her to give up, that she couldn't do it. She was worthless. She couldn't hold on much longer. Jay was probably off talking and laughing with the others. He didn't know what she knew. He could go back to the way things used to be. Aryanna tried to push that thought away, but no matter how hard she tried, it stayed. Darkening her thoughts, polluting them. He then starts twisting it, the tree rises up and a doorway comes up from under it. “In here.”
