That sucks so much! I'm sorry you have to go through that! Where I live, I'm lucky that I don't have to deal with that, but I'm not sure if my area is slightly nicer (I still live in a homophobic place) or if because I'm not really out to anyone and am really down low with myself.

i'm just pretty gender neutral. half the reason i use they/she and not they/them is bc i still like to present pretty feminine and i'm AFAB and it's just easier to include that since idrc
